On behalf of all the Colorado Coroners Association and personally, I would like to express our gratitude to you staff during our conference this year. There were 120 people in attendance representing Coroner’s and Law Enforcement from all over the State of Colorado. Every problem was handled quickly and with a smile. Many of the attendees commented on how pleasant and helpful your staff was.
I especially want to tell you how wonderful it was to work with Mary Lou Kime from your Group Sales. She made sure that we had everything we asked for and some things that we didn’t know we needed. And she did it all with a great attitude. I have been coordinating these conferences for 18 years at many different locations all over Colorado and have never had the details handled so efficiently and pleasantly.
We will be back for another conference in the future, because of your employees.

This letter is in reference to excellent service I received March 29, 2008 at your hotel. I had my 50th birthday party at your hotel/casino and with the professional leadership of Mary Lou Kime and the Large Group sales/Food and Beverage staff, I had one of the nicest experiences of my life. The event was a dinner for 45 in one of your conference center rooms. The banquet room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive and professional, seeing to all of our needs. We had a dinner for 45 people and everyone gave high complements. The food was outstanding, it was hot, flavorful, perfectly cooked and presented. The staff stayed and assisted our needs and you could tell that they held their job with a sense of professionalism and enjoyed working with people. I have recommended your hotel and its staff to the website Trip Advisor. I hope that you recognize your staff for their work during my/our stay.
In addition, I would like to recognize the front desk people. They were very accommodating to the people who spent the night and although that position is not one of the most prestigious, it is the most important in any people contact business.
