The Double Eagle Conference Center's three podiums are equipped with:
- On-board visual presenter
- Cassette deck capable of recording the on-board microphones
- Equipment to support use of its own CPU and a guest laptop
- Multi-pin connector which mates to jack in wall box in each room
Each of the three portions of the dividable conference room can be used simultaneously with air walls or the entire area can be used as one large conference room. Each room has its own ceiling-mounted projector and motorized screen in addition to the large screen at the west end for use of the conference center in its entirety. If all rooms are combined, the system automatically recognizes this and routes audio signals throughout the room, with a video being displayed only on the largest screen at the end near the podium. If the air wall is closed, dividing the rooms, the system will know and route sound and video to that area. The entire conference facility accommodates wireless internet usage, and floor outlets for participants’ electronic devices are prevalent throughout the meeting rooms as well.
The executive board room system is operated from a wireless touch panel. Controlled services include the satellite receiver, a DVD player, a VHS player, a cassette player, and A / V receiver’s internal tuner. A two-sided tabletop fixture, located on the conference table, will accept a laptop input. Images are displayed on a motorized screen by the ceiling mounted projector. This screen descends from the ceiling. Audio is heard through ceiling speakers. This meeting facility also accommodates wireless internet usage.
