- The Double Eagle Conference Center is available from 8 AM to Midnight.
- Prices are current and subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to 6.2% sales tax and a 20% gratuity.
- Guarantees for all functions must be given to the Double Eagle Hotel and Casino's Group Sales Coordinator 28 days prior to the function. If no guaranteed minimum number is received within the allotted time, the group will be charged for the expected number set forth originally by the Group Leader, or the number of people actually served, whichever is greater. In addition, we will not be obligated to serve more than 5% above your guaranteed number.
- No food or alcoholic beverage with the exception of a cake may be brought into any of the Double Eagle Hotel and Casino or Conference Center.
- Food must be purchased through the Double Eagle Hotel and Casino's catering service and alcoholic beverages may either be purchased from a Bartender at a portable bar in the banquet rooms or from a cocktail server who will be assigned to the banquet rooms. There will be a set up fee and a service charge for a cocktail server, depending on the number of people, to come to the room to take drink orders.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount due for the entire function will be required upon completion of the final contract, which is required 2 weeks prior to the scheduled function. The remaining balance will be paid in full upon conclusion of group's stay.
- All groups MUST have a credit card to hold rooms for the group's stay.
- A credit card authorization form must accompany all credit card payments for a deposit.
- The Double Eagle Hotel and Casino and Conference Center reserves the right to refuse service to any person who is visibly intoxicated.
- The Double Eagle Hotel and Casino and Conference Center and Gold Creek Casino will not be responsible for articles brought onto the property that are lost or damaged. The Double Eagle and Gold Creek Casinos reserve the right to maintain control of all functions. Any destruction caused by guests will be the responsibility of the Group Function Leader. Extra charges will be assessed if the event area is left damaged or excessively dirty. Patrons must conduct the function in an orderly manner, in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and resort rules. Patrons assume full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance and for any damage to any part of the resort premises or theft of property. Any decorations, displays, signs, etc., which are to be used to decorate a banquet room cannot be set up without prior approval of the Double Eagle Hotel and Casino and Conference Center. If approved, the Group Leader agrees to be responsible for any damage done to equipment or to the rooms during the time the premise is assigned to the group, including damage or excessive clean-up made necessary by floral decorations, confetti, or outside agencies during set-up or tear-down.
