o you have group discounts?
YES. We welcome day or evening tour groups, whether coming individually or by charter motor coach. A minimum of 10 hotel rooms must be reserved to receive the lower group rate.
What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel a group reservation for the conference facility, the Double Eagle requires one week’s notice.
Can you accommodate weddings?
YES. We love hosting weddings. The conference rooms can be set up for weddings and receptions featuring an arbor, stage, dance floor, and A / V equipment. We can cater buffet style or sit-down dinner receptions and rehearsal dinners, and we welcome your chosen DJ’s participation in the event. You can even have your ceremony in the Double Eagle Hotel and Casino or the Gold Creek Casino or on one of our many elegant stairwells.
