e can accommodate almost any group in our 5,469 sq. ft. facility. Our spacious conference center seats up to 360 people and can be divided into three smaller meeting rooms with a seating capacity of 125 each.
Each meeting facility in this state of the art conference facility is equipped with wireless high-speed internet and audio-visual technology specifically designed for your presentation needs.
- Each of the conference center's three podiums are equipped with:
- On-board visual presenter
- Cassette deck capable of recording the on-board microphones
- Equipment to support use of its own CPU and a guest laptop
Each of the three portions of the dividable conference room has its own ceiling-mounted projector and motorized screen in addition to the large screen at the west end for use of the conference center in its entirety.
A private executive boardroom overlooking the entire conference facility is available and features the following:
- A / V equipment
- Push-board walls for poster displays
- Catering and bartending available
There are also two smaller hospitality rooms (652 sq. ft each) available in the Double Eagle hotel for $250 per day each, however, they do not have A / V equipment.
Whatever your event requires, the Double Eagle Conference Center provides for your group’s every need with efficiency and style. We invite your meeting planner to enjoy a complementary overnight stay (Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays) so that he or she may tour the facilities and see for themselves why the Double Eagle Conference Center is perfect for your next meeting, seminar, holiday party, award ceremony, or company banquet. The conference center is available from 8 AM to 12 midnight.
